Changes due to COVID 19

Due to launching our product around the time of COVID-19 we like other firms in the legal industry suffered challenges around how we might work with and engage clients.

WITH COVID 19 AND LOCKDOWN RESTRICTIONS IN EFFECT CONSUMERS ARE REDUCING THEIR JOURNEYS AND FACE TO FACE MEETINGS. THIS HAS PUSHED OUR BUSINESS TO ADOPT NEW APPROACHES TO SURVIVE AND ENABLE GROWTH.

Based on our own experience and the experience of those we work with we have recently added some important new features:

  • Video consultation has been integrated into the platform for clients and Counsel that are currently shielding.
  • self management features have been added to facilitate clients updating contact information.
  • clients can now share important documents.
  • Improved security is being deployed within the platform so to give important piece of mind to clients.
  • New conveyance tools have been developed to facilitate property market value tracking.
  • Improved accessibility features are being deployed for our older clients to make it even easier to take stock of assets.
  • End of life management features such as The Advance Care Plan are there to support clients in declaring non legally binding wishes to support their end of life planning .
  • Our goals tracker for younger clients is going to be implemented as a new feature January next year.
